Additional parts needed;

  1. M3x8 Screws (Qty. 4)
  2. M3 nuts (Qty. 2)
  3. M3 square nuts (Qty. 4)
  4. Terminals to connect to Motherboard Power IN terminals.
  5. Soldering Iron & Solder.

Printed with Polymaker PETG (black).

3 walls, 15% gyroid infill - no supports needed.

The square nuts are a snug fit (without supports), but they will fit.

Your wiring may look differently as I am also powering an LED bar from these same terminals on my printer.

***I had some left-over parts/pieces from this project, if anyone is interested in complete, bolt on versions, I have a few for sale at my Etsy store.***

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

The main differences are;

  1. Retains as much of the Prusa part geometry as possible, including revision dimples and the ability to reuse the same M3x10 cover screws.
  2. Power supply placement for better wire management.
  3. More support for the USB board mount.
  4. More support for the USB receptacle.
  5. Incorporating the Prusa ‘logo’ back into it.
