Description

This is a WDT tool created using a large amount of bearings and threaded inserts.

 

3D Printing setting:

This tool was printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height using Pet-g filament.

Top & bottom layers: 3
Infill: 25% gyroid
No supports (If you're having trouble printing threads, use support)

 

BOM

4x  M3x16mm screws.(15 mm available)
1x M3x12mm screw.
1x M3x3mm headless screw (For fixing the top ring and bearing)

10x MR63ZZ ball bearings (6 mm OD, 3 mm ID, 2.5 mm height)
1x 6813 ball bearing (85 mm OD, 65 mm ID, 10 mm height, POM bearings are better if you can get them.)
 

5x M3x6mm Heat Threaded inserts
1x M3x3mm Heat Threaded inserts

9x 2x2mm Cylinderical Neodymium Magnets
20x 3x2mm Cylinderical Neodymium Magnets

9x 0.35mm x 40mm (handle length:20mm) needles

 

Tools

Threadlocker (Loctite 242 is enough)
Glue (to hold the magnet in place)
