The objective was to create mirror mounts for John Deeere 1025R and 3038e tractors that would not require modification to the tractor. Three 1" pot magnets with a 60 lb. straight pull strength were used on each mount for the attachment to the support towers for the tractor front end loader (FEL). I used inexpensive mirrors intended for golf cart use.

There are three versions. A flat version, used on the 1025R, an extended version which can be used on the sides of the 305 FEL tower (on the 3038e) or the back face of the 1025R FEL towers. The 305FEL version was designed to fit the backside curve of the 305 tower. Please note that the current 3038e comes with a 300E FEL instead of the 305 FEL on my older 3038e. I do not know if it will fit the 300E FEL.

I used semi-flexible TPU (Shore 95A) for it's toughness. I used a Cura function to establish areas of 99% infill to provide grip for the attachment screws at all screw locations & also on the center line of the extended version to ensure rigidity. These areas are not part of the .STL file & must be manually established in the slicer session using a combination of the support blocker & overlap settings. I have not seen any significant vibration of the mounted mirrors with the engine running.
