Reworked Phone Holder (Print-In-Place, PIP) for Individual Plates

Reworked the great phone holder from @ESoderberg. Now available to receive individual plates.

This post contains of the revised stand as excellent Print-In-Place model and a blank plate for your experience.

I printed this stand on Bambu Lab X1C and also on Prusa MK4, plates with Prusa MK4 + MMU3 and MK3 + MMU2s.
