The lamp shown did not exhibit any significant heating after running 20 minutes @ 13.8v, so material choice is pretty open.
I printed this upright (the pipe mount against the bed) using tree supports and a support blocker for the center portion encompassing the pipe mount.This mount should snap onto the pipe end after removing the nozzle.
