Introduction
Before creating this model, I tested the aluminum NICECNC and a model from Bob_58027. Both were uncomfortable in terms of height and tilt, which inspired me to create my own design. Additionally, I used a TPU spacer to fix play on tough roads: GPS Spacer for KTM Adventure 790/890 Husqvarna Norden 901. In my case, it was a 1.9mm spacer.
Description
This stand is specifically designed for the Norden 901 original GPS mount spot. The current iteration with corrected positioning relative to the dashboard cluster, has lasted for 4200km (75% road/offroad) without any issues using an iPhone 11 Pro. Previous versions were either too long, obstructing dashboard visibility, or too short with uncomfortable tilting. This version is comfortable for both standing and sitting riding styles for people 6’1” - 6’3” in height. The angle of inclination was chosen to prevent glare on the phone screen. The total length, including the base and vibration dampener (which is ~3 cm itself ), is around 7cm (see photos).
I used Polymaker ASA, 4 walls and Gyroid with 30% infill, plus reinforcement in specific areas (see screenshots) with 50-60% infill. The print took approximately 7 hours.
If you liked the model and think it’s a good fit for you, I’d really appreciate it if you bought me a coffee

• The small diameter hole is for the 12V wire of the Quad Lock® Wireless Charging Head, which connects to ACC1.
• Use an M5 thread insert, which is compatible with OEM screws.
