Let's Go Brenda Magnets

Goodbye Brandon, hello Brenda. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss with this fridge magnet. 

To change magnet sizes: 

1. Select Objects
2. Select individual “Generic Cylinders”
3. Select Scale
4. Change to your magnet size. Add 0.3mm to X&Y tolerance, add 0.2mm to Z tolerance. 

If you change to a magnet other than 3mm thick you may need to adjust its position as well. The location of the “Generic Cylinder” that represents the magnet hole is measured to the center of the cylinder. To adjust the magnet location:

1. Select Objects
2. Select an individual “Generic Cylinder” 
3. Select Move
4. Adjust X,Y, & Z* as needed

*Tip for adjusting Z: 

Z location = 3D Object Thickness - Thickness of layers to enclose magnet - ((Magnet Thickness + tolerance of 0.2mm)/2)

Example:

•  Z Location = 4.8mm (overall object thickness) - 0.4mm (2 layers to enclose) - [3.2mm (Magnet Thickness+Tolerance) /2]
• Z=4.8-0.4-(3.2/2) = 2.8mm
