Lenovo Thinkcentre tiny series (m720q, m920q, ...) PCIe baffle to attach a 40mm fan to a connected Nvidia Tesla P4 on the internal PCIe riser.
To power the fan i used this temperature based speed controller (https://a.aliexpress.com/_EQCpQ7m) and connected /soldered it to 12V on the PCIe riser.
