Gotoh mini tuner to standard adapter

Many of the peg cranks for changing strings will not fit the gotoh mini pegs, this adapter slips into the crank side and fits snugly over the pegs.  If you want a looser fit, sanding the inside will work.  Scaling doesn't work well because the outer shell needs to fit snugly into the crank.
