I designed this system firstly for the obvious reason of keeping fumes out, secondly to easily switch the exhaust port for my airbrushing booth or printer, and to put a cover on when not in use (Helps with the air conditioning).  I like to leave the exhaust attached to my window, so it's a semi-permanent installation for me.  I cut some 3/4" X 3/4" thick wood to size and used them to lock my window in the up position with some Velcro.

When installing the magnets make sure they are orientated correctly so that the duct attachment sticks to the window attachment, etc.  i.e. if the magnets on the window attachment are all orientated with north sticking out, all the duct attachments should have the south end sticking out.  Test as you go.

I put a dab of UV clear resin on the top of the magnets after using some CA glue to glue them in. This helped prevent the magnets from popping out and also helped speed up testing the attachments if you lack patience like me to allow the CA glue to cure.

When installing the window attachments make sure to offset the holes from the outside and the inside attachments so that the wood screws do not collide.

I used a 4 inch hole saw to cut a hole on the plank I used on my window.

There are two insideExhuast attachments for the window, one that needs supports, the other that doesn't.  The option is yours.  I personally like how the one with supports fits onto the window.  It also makes installing the wood screws a lot easier.  I know people hate supports so you have options.  Besides this, nothing else needs supports to print.

I used clear UV resin to attach some screen material to the outside window attachment, although my window already has a screen, this provides an extra barrier to help keep bugs out.

With the fan kicked up at about 50% speed, the fumes are very mild.  Night and day difference than without the exhaust system. Works great.

I've also included the Fusion .f3d files if you'd like to make your own customization.
