pH/ORP Probe pipe fittings

pH or ORP probe pipe-drilling / holder. It is designed to keep probe safely in the water. Should be mounted behind filtration system but before heater and any chemistry injection system also. Easy to use, just drill hole into the pipe just as probe needs (cca 20mm), then mount fittings/holder arround the pipe and insert probe into grommet PG16 after that. 

Printing:

• material for both parts: PET/ASA/ABS
• both parts should be printed in vertical position
• support: Tree, touched build-plate with intra brim (5-8) and top-interface on (0.2mm)
• bridging: on, optionaly if you dont use support for threaded holes (recommended!)
• subsequently restore the thread shape with an appropriate tap after printing (M22x1.5)

Other material used:

• two hex (13mm) bolts M8x45 with nuts
• o-ring sealing 35x3.2 between pipe and fittings
• standard cable gland PG16 (it includes own sealing ring)
