brushless motor jet blower
motor mounting 4pcs M3 bolts + 4pcs M3 nuts as in the picture
housing mounting to the handle 2pcs M4 bolts + 2pcs M4 nuts
propeller diameter 110**106mm
propeller hole diameter is 5.5mm depending on the joint which came with the motor as in the picture (size M5)
magnets are 5*2mm neodymium
propeller direction CW.. means that the blowing will be in reverse
I've used 2700KV brushless motor as in the picture + 40A ESC + speed controller
power supply is optional.. you can use Lipo battery or Lion ..in my case i used direct power supply 220V to 12V 10A converter because i'm still making my own battery
i don't advice you to use the same because it's temporarily just for test(look at the picture)
the hole in the middle of the housing is for fitting the motor wires in the handle
housing and safety cover printed using PLA+ -- nozzle temperature 205--heating bed temperature 70--infill 15%--speed 100mm/s
support type grid
.
handle printed using PET bottle recycled filament because it's more solid than the PLA+ so you can print it with PETG if you want however PLA+ with 50% infill setting will be ok if you don't have PETG --nozzle temperature 260--heating bed temperature 70--infill 40%--speed 50mm/s-- flow rate 130% because it's hollowed filament--support type grid
important note: print the handle in oppsite so you don't use that much supports (look at the picture)
IMPORTANT NOTE RED ALARM: the air flow rate can be increased by removing the safety cover (((BUT))) i'm not responsible if the propeller came out of the motor and hit you in the face…if you wanna do it..you have to do it on your own responsibility..and also make sure that you've tightened the propeller very well to the motor..so you don't loose you nose :)
the result is so satisfying for me
