2020 Extrusion X-Belt Tensionser with Locking Knob for SV01 / CR-10

2020 X-Belt Tensioner w/ Locking Knob

I liked the original design but didn't have any M5 hex head screws so replaced with an M3 socket head screw and a countersunk nut.  The lock snaps on over the knob and prevents accidental changes to tension.

See video in original model for assembly.  You will need to partially thread the M3x20 screw through the countersunk nut in the carriage before inserting the carriage in the body.  Fully tighten the M3 screw on the carriage nut before attaching the knob. 

I have also included a M5 version of the ribbed knob so that the lock can be used with the original model.

Requires: 

• 1x M3x20 SHCS
• 2x M3 nuts
• 1x M4x8 SHCS - from OEM tensioner
• 1x M4 T-slot nut - from OEM tensioner
• 1x M8x25 BHCS - from OEM tensioner
• 2x flanged bearing - from OEM tensioner

This model is remixed from @justinthursday's 2020 X-Belt Tensioner and tested on a Sovol SV01 - which actually has a 2040 extrusion but based on the CR-10 platform.

Extended body/carriage by 2mm to account for M3 bolt/nut geometry.

Added ribbing to knob.

Created locking mechanism to hold knob in place and snap on to main body.
