I added a .2mm extrude on the very bottom to fill most of the ventilation and handle holes to make it a lot easier to print. You can just pop out the thin layer when it's done printing. Thje slots in the side are meant for clear 1.75mm PETG filament or similar to act as a fiber optic activity indicator like most caddys have. It is a very tight fit with the fiber optic though so you either have to use something smaller in diameter or cut and sand the edge until it's flush. Honestly it wasn't worth the effort to try sanding it flush but it's there just in case.
