Spinning snowflake and star

When printed at full scale, the two inner stars are able to rotate freely. At about 70% scale (depending of course on the printer) the tolerances become such that the inner stars can rotate but need a tiny bit of force, so they can be set to desired positions.

Layer height of 0.2mm to 0.3mm recommended

Works fine with PLA and PETG, however with PETG the snowflake might get a little stringy
