a Mario Kart Live play set thats optimized for hospitals, with minimal geometry for easy cleaning.
the gates are made of 4 parts, with two identical legs and two segments for the banner.
the two banner sections should snug fit and i suggest super gluing them together. you can choose whether or not to glue the banners to the legs depending on storage. use hot glue or some other volumetric glue as the leg-banner joints have loose tolerances for easy assembly
i suggest filling the legs with sand. there are two ways to do this, but both require low density infill, 10% or less and additional walls (3 or 4). if you use cubic infill you can pause mid print to pour sand into the internal cavities, then resume. for better results, and no sand in your printer, use gyroid infill, then drill a ½ inch hole in the bottom and use a funnel to pour sand into the infill, shaking periodically. then patch the hole with hot glue. fine, dry sand works best.
you can download the image targets for the front and back of the banner to print and laminate your self https://support.nintendo.com/jp/switch/software_support/img/mklive/gate.pdf
the arrow blocks can be imported to bambu slicer as one object with multiple parts and printed arrow side down. for best results print the clear faces file in a clear filament, otherwise only print the arrow and body files
the only file that requires supports is the barrier.
you may have to cut the legs and print them in two parts if your machine is less than 250mm tall.
