Designed and printed this 4-bay ITX chassis for NAS purposes to have the ability to hot swap hard drives with the built in backplane and with support for full length, half-height PCIE cards.

I designed this to use minimal overhangs to ensure strong parts and for optimal airflow for cooling high powered CPUs and enterprise grade HDDs. Uses off the shelf CoolerMaster HDD rails that are available on Amazon/AliExpress.

The HDD cage is expandable and modular, prints flat and folds together for the assembly. I used 3/8\" long 6-32 countersunk screws to put the cage together, probably need about 20 for the cage alone.

There's a lot of screws/hardware involved in the final assembly of this case of which most of it is 6-32 thread imperial screws. I recommend getting countersunk screws to keep everything flush. Some epoxy is also required to glue the motherboard bracket to the main base of this case as it would've resulted in a massive overhang otherwise.

You'll need the following hardware to assemble this case:

30x 6-32 x 3/8\" Screws for the HDD cage and assembly

2x 6-32 x 1\" Screws to secure the two halves of the case

1x 6-32 x 2\" screw to add stability to the HDD cage mount

4x M3 x 5mm standoffs for the motherboard mount

8x CoolerMaster HDD rails

9x 9 x 2mm circular magnets for side panel attachment (Untested)

Other various parts such as a power button and front panel assembly (I haven't finished that part yet)
