Ryobi 18v ONE+ HP Stick Vacuum 35mm hose adaptor

The Ryobi 18v ONE+ HP Stick Vacuum (model PBLSV716K) is great and uses common Ryobi tool batteries.  Much easier to clean and handle than similar stick vacuums or more expensive models from Meile and Dyson.  It unfortunately has no hose attachment available.

This model mate to the vacuum and uses the latching mechanism to attach allowing it to accept a 35mm hose.  I recommend the Ryobi 6' X 1-1/4" WET/DRY VACUUM HOSE (model A32VH03) which fits perfectly and is wire reinforced and retractable (it's more like 3ft not extended).

PRINTING:
I used ABS to print this, but PLA would probably be fine.
3 wall layers and 20% infill on both parts.

Use normal supports only on the blocked overhang (see the sliced image for reference)
You may need to use a raft if you don't have amazing bed adhesion.  3 layers should be fine.
Do NOT use a raft on the lever.  Print it on it's side like the sliced image shows, no supports.

BOM:
1x M3*4*4 heat set insert
1x M3*20 hex head machine screw (head diameter should be about 5.5mm)

ASSEMBLY:
Install the heat set insert into the smaller hole on the EXTERIOR of the adaptor.  Put the lever in place with the spring under it held by the little bumps.  Screw it in place.  It should be pretty self-explanatory.  Test fit the screw before you install the heat set insert so you know which side gets the insert.
