RAZER KISHI V1 iPhone SE 3rd gen with case inserts

This design is suitable for iPhone models 6S, 7, 8, SE 2nd generation and SE 3rd generation as they share a similar design and dimensions of their cases. All butons and cameras are accessable. 

For a perfect fit you should use a phone case with dimensions 71.5 mm wide 10.5 mm depth.

You can use whatever case you want but it has to fit dimensions and should be from flexible material.

I used a PLA and friction fit design so it doesn't woble or move by it self. Double side tape can be used for mounting insert securely in Kishi. Also PLA is basic and very common  material so I designed and tested insertrs with that in my mind.

IMPORTANT:

You'll have to modify you Kishi v1 before using these inserts, oherwise it wount work.

Modification tutorial:

By doing a modification you lose warranty on your device. Don't do this modification if you're not familiar with disassembling, repairing or altering similar devices.

PLEASE NOTE:

You only remove a small plastic black cover piece from the lightning connector. DO NOT MOVE connector forward as seen in the video tutorial, place connector in same position as it was. Right insert allready has build in cover for connector.

Also you'll have to use washer piece (Kishi MOD washer.stl) to replace original cover plate to sustain connector in a right position. For adjusting shape of the washer use lighter or heat gun and then shape it around the flat side of the metal plate (screw holes must match eachother). Look at a picture in a gallery where you can see how it looks.  

RAZER Kishi will be after modification usable with included rubber inserts as before, it just will be more vulnerable to a dust and dirt, which will get in through uncovered hole around a connector.

Original model was for a USB Type C connector so I change design to fit a Lightning connector as well as a small modification of right side of the controller. It fits exactly to a phone case.
