Description

PDF

This 3d model is designed to connect a rod to a roller support, allowing for a preset angle. It is ideal for painting jobs where the roller needs to be angled relative to the rod. Personally, I used it to paint the front of a camper, where I needed this specific angle.

Main features

  • 3-Piece design: The support consists of three main parts: an angle, a cylinder that inserts into the roller support, and a pin that connects the two parts and needs to be glued.
  • Installation: Insert the cylinder into the roller support, screw it in, and it will lock securely

  • Printing: You can print model A if the predefined measurements suit your needs. ALternatively, you can modify the Fusion360 model file to customize it
Note. If you are not familiar with splitting step files (specifically “femmina.step”), use only the 3mf file for printing

Remix note

If you want to customize the model, the hierarchy below will be helpful. Feel free to contact me if you have difficulty with modifications or finding the parameters.
