Flat mount with relatively low profile. Gets rid of the proprietary Starling plugs. Design uses IP 65 Ethernet plugs (coupler and plug.)
Print parts in ABS or ASA, PETG might work but I have not tested it.
Split open the dishy, I used my scoring tool and then used a strong knife and a mallet to split it all the way open.
Glue the frame together and mount the M3 heat set inserts.
Next use Panel Bonding Adhesive to glue the remaining dish on the frame, let the glue dry.
Modify the cable from the PCB by cutting of the starlink connector and crimp on a RJ45 plug according to TIA-568B.
Mount the coupling into the frame and connect it to the PCB with the modified cable.
Mark and drill the back panel.
Apply the butyl sealant tape and screw the back on.
