FeatherBoard with tilt for GTS 10 XC

I have now added a version of the baseboard that can also be printed on a 180mm x 180mm print bed. (untested)The disadvantage of this variant is that you cannot get quite as close to the saw blade with the featherboard. There is a few millimeters more space than with the larger version.

These featherboards for the Bosch GTS 10 XC table saw can be expanded as required thanks to their modular design. This means that you can always put together the right featherboard for your project.

The feathers on the boards are slightly tilted, so that the workpiece is pressed a little against the work table when pushed and there is less risk of it lifting off.

The featherboard on the fence can be adjusted in height and also in the direction of the sawblade so that you always have the pressure in the right place.

All you need to assemble them, is a few M6 screws, nuts and washers.

I printed the boards out of PLA and I am very happy with them.

To assemble it, as shown in the photos, you will need the following parts:

• 2x baseboard_clamp bar
• 2x extension board
• 2x spacer block_14mm
• 2x nut_large

• 2x nut_small
• 2x nut_cap_small
• 8x positioning pin
