Please READ the print instructions before sending this to your printer - order of printing and pauses are important
Inflate your accessories
I hope you plan to spent some lovely time on the beach or near the water… or anywhere where you want to play with some inflatable toys and accessories.
This pump should help you save breath for something better.
Assembly
- Place Piston Gasket on the Piston Screw

- Screw it to the Piston
- Insert the whole Piston into the Main Body (you may add a bit of lubricant on the inner walls to smooth out the operation, but maybe first try it out not to make a mess)
- Screw in the Cap and Puller
- Screw in the Nozzle or Nozzle Long
- All Ready!
- PUMP PUMP PUMP
Print instructions
Materials: PETG/PLA (or other, tested with Fiberlogy Easy PET-G, PolyTerra PLA) + FLEX (tested with TPU 95A from Bambu).
- Print the Flexible parts first: Flexible Valve and Piston ORing! (or do whatever to have them ready before starting with printing Main Body. Use a flex profile ;)
- Main body
- IMPORTANT (cannot be fixed later)
place a pause at 8mm (40 layers in 0.2mm height):

When the printer pauses, insert the Flexible Valve into the cutout with the “IN” text facing top. Continue the print. PLA/PETG does not stick to FLEX but model should first make few bridges, then make a second pass over them and everything should be properly covered

Infill 15% should be enough, 3 perimeters (but 2 should be also fine)
- Piston and Piston Screw
- 100% infill - some lucky ones may go with a lower value, but in my testing, there were breaking. This is part is stressed the most in the design.
- As this is a long model, top layers may start to move which can cause ripples (and add friction), consider lowering the speed
- Cap
- Cap Gasket
- Print in FLEX - It has not the purpose of holding internal pressure, but to keep things in place after screwing the cap
- Gasket should fit into the Cap
- Nozzle
- Print upside down, with a bit of brim, this way there will be no overhangs
- Nozzle Long
- While printing with brim, there is a bit of cleaning to be done in the middle of the “long tube”
Troubleshooting
Depending on the FLEX type you use, the stiffness of the Flexible Valve and Piston ORing may vary, I've included few thicknesses for the Piston ORings, try a lower or higher one if you feel to much or too less friction while moving the piston.
Keep in mind that the pump may have a pretty low air displacement compared to your need, either have patience or another bigger volume serious pump nearby.
