Mini Metal Foundry - Metal Molding and Casting Apparatus

Tested with PETG printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.3mm layer height. Print with supports touching build plate. Use sculpey III or casting sand to make the mold, low melting temperature metals are preferred (tin or zinc alloys).

Small mold dimensions (W x L x H): 45mm x 73mm x 11.5mm

Medium mold dimensions: 45mm x 104mm x 16.5mm

Large mold dimensions: 45mm x 208mm x 11.5mm

Extra large mold dimensions: 63mm x 260mm x 11.5mm
