Lasko Box Fan Hook Foot

My windowsill is too narrow to fit my Lasko Box Fan with it's standard feet. With no feet, the fan is unstable and would fall out of the window. These alternative feet feature a hook designed to go around the base of the window to secure the fan.

I made a few different iterations to get the feet to stay securely in place. There still is some room for improvement, but they seem to hold pretty well.

I printed these in PLA with 15% cubic infill and supports enabled. Orienting the model with it's side face down worked well.

It's possible that modifications would be required for your particular window. You can either edit them within Onshape at this link, or download the provided STEP files.

I haven't yet tested these extensively. I will update the model if any issues reveal themselves through further use.
