Neptune 3 Pro/Plus/Max 5015 Hotend Fan Adapter

The adapter replaces the standard 4015 fan and allows to use 5015 instead. 
There is one layer of filling inside holes to avoid using supports.
Use standard screws to mount the adapter to the printhead. I used threaded inserts to connect the fan. you can change the diameter of the fan holes for other options using the .f3d file
