This is a case for the LILYGO® T5 4.7 Inch E-paper V2.3 ESP32-S3
https://aliexpress.com/item/1005004647326743.html
The E-Paper board will be held in place with the USB-C connector and a “tight” fit.
The buttons are accessible (print in place)
There is enough place in the case for a LiPo battery. Please do not exceed dimensions of 90 mm length, 60 mm width and 6 mm height.
I've used this battery that fits perfectly: https://www.eremit.de/p/eremit-3-7v-4-000mah-high-cap (with JST-PH 2.0mm)
The back cover slides in on one side and will be tightened with M3 screws. The top case has holes for threaded heat set inserts (M3).
The back cover has a round cutout for a magnet disc. This can be used to then build a mounting element with the counterpart. The diameter must not exceed 65mm. I've used this https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B083P112C2/
Please add the element without the magnets into the back cover. Maybe I will add a wall mount model soon. But generally, I have something like the concept of the Philips Hue Dimmer switch in mind.
Use supports for both the back and top cover. This will be rather tricky to remove for some parts (like the part of the top cover that slides into the back cover).
I've used 15% infill with PLA filament (and of course with supports) and a layer height of 0.20 mm.
I printed and tested the normal version which has different amount of front cover around the display. I've quickly created a 2nd version which that is symmetric.
As I haven't tested this: Please try this version and provide feedback whether it works.
Please note that this is only for the T5 v2.3 board (https://aliexpress.com/item/1005004647326743.html).
It looks like this
