3d maze: PVA support torture test

Some 3d mazes I generated with a script I wrote in Lua! If you've got a dual extrusion PVA setup for supports, then this a challenging torture test for it.

I have yet to successfully print this, but it is possible.

You can print with PLA supports, but then given the nature of the maze it is impossible or extremely difficult to remove the supports afterwards.
