3U 120mm Fan Panel with 2 fan controllers

Fasteners:
6x M3x15 bolt
12x M3 washer
6x M3 nut
8x M3x10 countersunk bolt
8x M3x5 threaded insert
(4)x M3 threaded insert for junction box
(4)x M3x6 socket head bolts
4x M4 threaded insert for junction box
8x M4x40 countersunkt bolt**

* I ordered these, but you can mix and match for whatever configuration you need.
** If the junction box is not needed, these can be replaced with regular fan screws.
*** if fan screws are used, these are not needed.

Instructions:

Assembling main panel:
1. Assemble the right and left panel using 6x M3x15 Bolts, with 12x M3 washers and 6x M3 nuts.
2. Mount 4x M3x5 threaded inserts into each Controller bracket.
3. Place the power adapters into the Controller Brackets, and mount them using 4x M3x10 countersunk bolts, on each.

Bulding the Junction box:
1. Lay the box flat on its back, and mount the M4 and M3 threaded inserts in their suitable holes.
2. Cut off the plugs from the Power Adapters, and strip the wires.
3. Join the wires, using the connection terminals, and mount a power cable.
4. Place the wires in the junction box, so that they leave via the holes.
5. Screw in the lid using the 4x M3x6 socket head bolts.

Mounting the fans with the junction box:
1. Place the 8x M4x40 in each panel hole.
2. Place a Hex-Fan-Cover-120mm over each fan hole, with a bolt at each corner. (Optional)
3. Place a TPU Vibration Dampener on each bolt.
4. Mount a fan in each slot, and fasten them using 4x M4 washers and nuts. Only mount on the outer bolts, as the inner ones are used for the junction box.
5. Place an M4 washer on each of the inner bolts, and mount the Junction box.

(Optional)
Mounting the fans without the junction box:
2. Place a Hex-Fan-Cover-120mm over each fan hole (Optional)
3. Place a TPU Vibration Dampener on each bolt hole.
4. Mount a fan in each slot, and fasten them using 4x fan screws
(Disclaimer: I have not tried this, but I suppose it should work)

Connectiong the fans:
The fans can be connected howver you want, with the corresponding adapters.

I used a 2-way splitter for one of the adapters, to control the fans, and used a 4-way splitter on the other adapter, for other fans in the rack.
