Design cutting board stand (With fusion360 and freecad source file)

Customization

The design is parametric and takes height (see drawing) of the board into account so that the stand is not wobbly.

Different sizes available for different thicknesses of boards. Take the next biggest size to fit your board.

There is a 1.5mm clearance between the board thickness and the slot thickness.

If your needs are not fulfilled:

• use the f3d (fusion360) source file to change according to your needs.
• just leave me a message and I'll export it for you.

EDIT 16.09.2025:

Fusion360 is dropping support for windows 10 and I do not want to update my PC just for that.
I will stop any further modeling in Fusion360.

I remodeled this completely in Freecad and uploaded the source file as well. Enjoy !

Print parameters

Printed with following parameters it took a bit over 1h15 on my printer (JGAurora A1)

• PLA+ (JAYO Black)
• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layers
• 3-4 perimeters
• 5 layers top bottom
• 20% infill grid
• Mouse ears for the feet (optional, but helps with adhesion)

Edit 02.08.2024:
I changed the design dimensions a bit, it was unstable due to an error in the calculation.
