Description

PDF

The shifter relay ball transfers motion from the stick-shifter to the transmission. A well-worn shifter ball becomes cylindrical with splines and gets a lot of play (looseness) until the shifting stops working well.

This bushing slides over the worn shifter ball (now a cylinder) and removes all of the looseness in that particular mechanism.

An M3 set-screw holds it in place in case the model is printed loosely or just for extra assurance.

Print solid (100% infill) with ASA or other high-temperature filament. This is important because the part exists adjacent to the exhaust system.
