My Xmas Circle Hanging is completed from 10 printed parts. I printed all of them on my Prusa i3 MK2.5S printer. They can be printed with several colour PLA filaments.
I´m describing here step by step how to completed them altogether. For your better understanding which part I´m just talking about I´m always mentioned colour from which is printed on my pictures. Main biggest part is the circle which is base for all other parts. It is printed from transparent filament colour. Second big one is the red colour cottage which consist from roof and basement. They can be easily connected together using prepared holes and stick. All those three bigger parts are printed with layer 0,35 mm. Rest of parts are small pieces which I printed with 0,2 mm layer. It is recommended to print those small parts with brim in groups of four or more to prevent possible deformation due to overheating. See pictures. Next part consists from 3 pieces. It is small yellow candle, black candle stick and green nut. They altogether are also used to fix cottage in to the circle bottom. When they are placed and fixed altogether then we can continue with last composed part. It consists from hanger and two stars which are printed from white colour. The best way is to fix hanger to the hole in the top of cottage roof. And then push stars from both sides. The last step is the easiest one. Simply put the green peg on the top of the circle. Now it is finished and can be placed on the Xmas tree or somewhere else.
If you have piece of phosphorescent filament then you can print candle and stars from it. It is very nice when they are luminary in the dark. I have 10 meters sample of blue PETG Glow in the dark filament.
