This is a head-base that can be used to build a puppet-, plushie-, robot- or even a fursuit-head. Fake fur can be glued on. I did not include the lower jaw because It's faster to make one with an aluminium-profile when to print it.
The holes for the eyes were enlarged to accomodate the eye- and eyelid mechanic to install http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198945
The puppet sized head was printed in PLA without support material - took 8h 23min on my Makerbot 1 Dual. I printed the nose with raft and support.
I glue the parts together with Plaast (from http://www.plaast.de/).
I did not include the lower jaw because It's faster to make one with an aluminium-profile when to print it. It is covered with Wonderflex.
The ears are made of felt.
You can see the puppet-head in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXUzgVE4PJQ
