Ryobi ONE+ TS100 Soldering Station

A TS100 soldering station for use with Ryobi ONE+ 18V battery packs.

Required parts:

• Rocker on/off switch (I used part number KCD1-101)
• Qty 2 Keystone 209 battery contacts
• 5.5x2.5mm DC male power plug to connect to TS100
• Two core cable to connect to soldering iron
• Soldering iron brass tip cleaner / uncoated brass kitchen scrubber
• Small screw/bolt to connect iron holder to top
• Washer to fit in iron holder
• Glue/epoxy to glue the top and base together
• Optional: Empty beverage can to be used as a liner for the tip cleaning hole

Printing instructions:

Base:

• Print battery side down
• Supports for the battery post and power switch hole

Top:

• Print top side down
• Support in the tip cleaner hole

Holder

• No support needed
• Print standing up
