Doppelzahnrad 125-127 für Bernardo P600G, Double gear 125-127 for Bernardo P600G

Doppel-Zahnrad / Wechselzahnrad mit 125-127 Zähnen für den Antrieb des Vorschubgetriebes an der Drehmaschine Bernardo P600G zum schneiden zölliger Gewindesteigungen.
Mit dem 125-127 Doppelzahnrad anstelle des originalen 120-127 und dem 32er Antriebsrad sind die Steigungen 12,5;  25, 50 und 100 Gänge pro Zoll möglich. 
Mit dem 64er Zahnrad sind die Steigungen 5; 12,5; 25 & 50 Gänge pro Zoll möglich.
Hebelstellungen siehe Tabelle.

Müßte auch an baugleiche Modelle wie HBM 280x600, Paulimot PM 3700 oder Warco GH 600 passen.

Achtung: Für einen paßgenauen Sitz muß die 14mm Bohrung mit einer 14 H7 Reibahle auf genaues Maß gebracht werden!!

Falls es jemand druckt und verwendet, bitte um Rückmeldung ob es auch wirklich an den anderen genannten Drehmaschinen paßt.

Double gear / change gear with 125-127 teeth for driving the feed gear on the Bernardo P600G lathe for cutting inch thread pitches.
With the 125-127 double gear instead of the original 120-127 and the 32 drive gear, pitches of 12.5; 25, 50 and 100 threads per inch are possible.
With the 64 gear, pitches of 5; 12.5; 25 & 50 threads per inch are possible.
See table for lever positions.

Should also fit identical models such as HBM 280x600, Paulimot PM 3700 or Warco GH 600.

Please note: For a perfect fit, the 14mm hole must be brought to the exact size with a 14 H7 reamer!!
