Voilestraps Rack Strap Connector

Did you ever wish that your Voile Rack Straps were just a bit longer? Fear no more, with this Connector piece you can connect two Rack Straps to make a longer one. Simple snap the loose strap ends onto the connector and tighten each down.

The flat side should be positioned to the flat side of the strap buckle. The bridge in the middle prevents the buckles from sliding off while not tightened.

Two versions provided

• slotted one that makes it easy to slip the connector onto strap while not in use,
• filled one that does not require supports to chug into your bag.

Printing Notes

• Material: PETG or stronger recommended (must be strong, moisture and temperature proof for outdoor use)
• Perimeters: at least 3 for added strength, 4-5 give almost full fill.
• Infill: ~50% gyroid infill or 100%
• Print on the flatter side

NOTE: The slotted version needs printing with supports in narrow space to support ~2.5cm long bridges. Organic support works best (the easiest to remove from experience).
