FYSETC STM32-Mini12864 Cover with SWD and RESET

This is a remix of the STM32 Mini12864 adapter cover by Voron Design to fit the boards sold by FYSETC with pre-soldered SWD headers.

The STM32-Mini12864 module is used to replace the EXP1 and EXP2 ribbon cables with a USB Micro connector, but the board sits outside of the case on both my PFA Micron+ and E3V2-Switchwire. The STL provided on Voron Design's Github only has a cutout for the BOOT0 headers. I only remixed this to avoid removing the SWD header, but it could just as easily be desoldered or cut off the board with flush cutters.
