There are very few Chemex Lid options out there for 3D printing, but they are as good or better than commercial options if they fit properly. This is a modification of @Mat 's lid that better fits my 6cup chemex and has a seal rim that works pretty well if printed with TPU. There are variations in how the chemex glass comes out and you can also adjust the helper discs and size parameters to fit your or fit different sized chemex models. The text reads “Nihil Ante” which is latin for “nothing before” as in, nothing before coffee. The 3mf file allows you to remove or change the text and the coffee cup / bean logo.
I added a muffin-top design for heat retention, but it turns out it doesn't really do much.
As compared to the original design and a $13 commercial silicone lid I bought here are the heat stats.
Test environment - 500mL boiling h20 with wool cozy in place (if you don't have one of these you should get one. Can find on etsy and they help more with heat retention than any lid and also protect from easy breakage of your Chemex. Also, unlike this lid, they don't trash the aesthetic of your Chemex)
at 15 min
@Mat's lid - 73.3 degrees
this lid - 73.4 degrees
Silicone - 73.9 degrees

@Mat's lid - 72.7
this lid - 73.1
Silicone - 72.4
I'm guessing if repeated sufficiently these would likely not be significantly different or if they were, it is clearly small enough to be trivial.
built in supports are present for the seal rim - these worked pretty well for me, but depending on your TPU modifications may be necessary or can remove brim easily too if you'd like. No additional supports should be necessary.
Theoretically top shelf dishwasher safe.

Added muffin top for more insulation and changed handle (used handle from @hsus. Also added a rim seal and changed size parameters for a better fit. Added text and a logo and made everything in Slicer so 3mf file is highly customizable.
