This is a wireless phone charging stand designed to look like a Mini 3d Printer. Sit your phone on the build surface to charge it.

 

Parts Needed:

1 - Fast Wireless Charger,20W Round

6 - Rubber Feet 0.43" W x 0.24" H

1 - 260mm 2020 V-Slot (NOT T-Slot)

1 - 185mm 2020 V-Slot (NOT T-Slot)

4 - M3x10mm Button Head Screws

2 - M3x16mm Socket Head Cap Screws

9 - M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws

7 - M3x30mm Button Head Screws

3 - M3 T-Nut

3 - 2020 End Caps (Printables)

 

 

 

Assembly: Refer to the numbered pictures for assembly

1: Connect the Base and the Main Body using the connector and 4 -M3x10mm button head screws.

2: Connect the Linear Rail, Bed Carriage, and Build Surface with 2 - M3x16mm Socket Head Cap Screws.

3: Connect the assembly from step 2 to the main printer body with 2 - M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws.

4: Slide the Axis Assembly Rear over the 260mm V-Slot (NOT T-Slot), attach Axis Assembly Front to it with 3 - M3x30mm Button Head Cap Screws. In the center hole use 1 - M3x8mm button head caps screw and a M3 T-Nut to secure the assembly on the V-Slot.

5.  Put the 185mm V-Slot into the front of the assembly and install the Axis Cap with 2 - M3x8mm Button Head Cap Screws. Use a M3x8mm Cap Screw and a M3 T-Nut on the 3rd hole to secure the V-Slot from moving. 

6. Glue the printed nozzle into the heater block. Glue the heater block into the Print Head Carriage Front. Attach this assembly to the Print Head Carriage Rear with 4 - M3x30mm Button Head Screws. 

7. Slide the completed Print Head  Assembly onto the 185mm V-Slot to the location you want it. Then use a M3x8 Button Head Screw and a M3 T-Nut in the center hole of the carriage to secure it in place. Set this aside for now.

8. Insert the cable into the Fast Charging unit. Then insert the Fast Charger into the Build Surface opening putting the cable thru the slot in the center. 

9. The cable should loop back thru the middle and go into the slot coming out the bottom.

10. Install the Bottom Cover Base Side. Take a rubber foot and insert a M3x8mm Button Head Screws thru it to secure the bottom cover. Do this each corner.

11. Install the second bottom cover the same way.

12. Install the Axis assembly, slide it into the opening on the base and secure it with 1 - M3x12mm Button Head Screw and a M3 T-Nut. Apply end caps on the 2020 to finish off the look.
