You Need:

1x M3 IMBUS

1x M3 BOLT NUT

Optional:

1~3x Washer
2x Insert NUT

I recently bought a volcano block to print faster, but when I wanted to use it with the stock heatsink it was not compatible. So I moved the heatsink block up a bit.
With my printer's tolerance for error, it was tight enough to fit after printing; but to be on the safe side, I used a free hole at the top. You can easily use it with an M3 Imbus and M3 Bolt nut. Optionally you can add insert nuts to the heatsink block attachment part and you can also add washers to the top screw part.

Remember to activate the supports in the print settings.

I printed with a 90 degree angle and there was no problem, if you have a problem, you can try printing with a 15 or 45 degree angle. I tightened the screws to the end and it is still one piece.

As with all Hotend parts, I do not recommend PLA.
You can use ASA, ABS, PA, PETG.

Note: The stock fan holder can make the volcano application difficult. For this I recommend you to use the “Heatsink Fan Holder” which is another design of mine. I even created a short barrel version for the volcano block.
