Dummy 13 Improved Hips

Drop in replacement for the hips.

I know there are already improved hips for the dummy 13 but these are different I swear!

I always had trouble with the other improved hips either with printability or with assembly.

So here's my take on on this problem.

I'm not sure why the Jack'O pose is the standard for hip articulation but I'm all for it.

Big scale adjustments:

Added shim that goes between crotch front and back pieces to adjust for tightness. height 0.1mm. Scale at will or print multiple 🤷

Added alternate model for the frame piece with the cut in front. Will require supports but with the sides fully filled out, it should provide additional grip when required

rebuilt the armor-crotch armor piece and frame-waist pieces for improved articulation.
