Slim Business Card Case Holder

This is a slim business card case holder that can hold US standard 3.5 in x 2 in (8.9 cm x 5.1 cm) cards. With 16pt weight cards this holds about 9 cards. Perfect to carry in your pocket, not what you want to carry around a lot of cards at once!

Prints with minimal supports, only requiring the hinge pins to be supported.

The base should print standing up. The lid should print with the large flat side on the build plate.

Printed with PLA at with a .4mm nozzle and a .2mm layer height. I would not recommend trying to print in place as the hinge pin will likely fuse to the inside wall.

To assemble slightly flex the legs of the lid to fit the pins inside the holes in the base.
