PETG recommended. 

Intended to use with screw suction cups. Suction cup holes measure 6.5mm diameter for a 5mm screw. Cabinet bumper used to prevent the tray bumping on window.

Printed mine in PLA, 0.3 layer, 15% gyroid infill, 2 perimeters.

Made in FreeCAD 0.21.2

Support material (chamfer) added at intersection of tray and frame, a print weak point. Also corrected dimensions with tendency to flip.
