Oral-b case insert (PRO4500 -> Pro-3 3900)

This little converter makes it possible to use a travel case meant for Oral-b PRO4500 (Triumph/4000/5000 as well) for the Oral-b Pro-3 3900 (and probably the other toothbrushes in the Pro-3 series, at least the pro-3 3000 series). Simply print and insert in the case - the Pro-3 toothbrush should now fit.
