This is a dual dagger sized light saber. It is possible to print without support if your printer can support arcs and does well with bridging. The handle is split in half and joined with dowels, and a small amount of super glue to join the two.
If you discover that you do need supports, be sure to remove all support material. To allow for smooth telescopic motion.
I created caps that can go on one side, creating a single light saber dagger. Or you can cap both end for storage.
You can also flip the caps upside down for an easy way to display the saber.
