Tarp clip double width

Many clips uses force to clamp down on the tarp, wich can damage the tarp. This clip relies more on friction than force, and works on most modern thin materials. It is a bit fiddly to attach, but when it is on it holds the tarp securely with a minimum off stress to the material.
