Eagle Eye LED Ball and Socket Mount

This is a remix of Steve DeGroof's ball and socket joint for mounting "eagle eye" LED lights. It's parametric with 22 mm eagle eyes as that's what we had on hand.

Ball and socket Eagle Eye light changelog:

V0.6: Cleaned up some of the code in the Ball file from a previous design dead end. Check V0.5 if you really want to see the commented out code.

V0.5: Tweaked the diameter of the wire passthrough in the socket and the size of the LED mounting section on the ball. Added attribution lines into the code. I think this is also where I removed the ridges on the locking ring.

V0.4: Smoothed ring and added a screw hole base to the socket. Should be able to fit a small screwdriver in the slots, but hard to tell without trying IRL.

V0.3: Modified the diameter of the wiring passthrough in the ball portion

V0.2: Added wiring passthrough to the ball and base socket
