PDF

This is the first design I publish and the second ever made in my life, so every comment and suggestion is welcome!

As title says, is a pratical solution i needed to design for myself because i don't have a near place to store my clothespins and little things like socks and underwear that could fall down into the garden.

Material needed:

  • 20x M4 Nuts
  • 20x M4 Screws - Length 12mm
  • 4x M6 Nuts
  • 4x M6 Screws - Length 20mm

How to print and characteristics

Print settings i used:

  • Slicer = PrusaSlicer 2.8.0
  • Supports = Everywhere
  • Filling = 20%
  • Print settings = 0.20mm Normal
  • Filament = Generic PLA

Printer and material:

  • Printer = Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro
  • Material = Cyan Elegoo PLA+ 1.75mm

Dimensions = 210x200x145

How to assemble

On the various sides of the parts, there are some holes for nuts and screws, they are easily recognisable.

How to customize

This project was made using OpenScad, you need to import the main file (CestinoMollette.scad) on your work folder and two libraries (honeycomb.scad and Bolts_And_Nuts.scad ) on the libraries folder of your OpenScad instance.

On top of the main file, after the modules, there are some variables that can be edited to change some measurements.

Verify every time before printing that everything is rendered as desired, is my first OpenScad project and i didn't tested all the modularity, so some errors can occur.

Credits

I need to thank Gael Lafond ( https://github.com/smkent/honeycomb-openscad )  for the honeycomb pattern that i used for the walls.
