Voron V0.2 Compact Z Belt

This belted Z mod was originally designed for the Voron Sub 0 but has now been adapted for the full size V0!

Featuring a compact Nema 17 Motor mount and a direct drive 16 tooth pully.

The Belt Nut block can be used for both the STANDARD bed and the FYSETC CNC bed.

Fixings required

8 off M3x8 BHCS

2 off M3x10 BHCS

2 off M3x12 BHCS

1 off M3x16 BHCS

2 off M3 Threaded Inserts

6 off M3 Hex Nuts

1 off 625 Bearing

1 off GT2 16tooth Pully

1 off GT2 16tooth Idler
 

For the STANDARD bed (belt nut block)

2 off M3x12 BHCS
 

For the FYSETC CNC bed (belt nut block)

2 off M3x16 BHCS

you will also need to update your PRINTER.CFG file with the following

rotation_distance: 32

As always, follow the Voron Print Settings

40% infill
