Put this in between your front tire and your fender to block your front forks from compressing more than a couple of inches when you cinch down the front of the bike to your truck/trailer. This was designed for my Kawasaki KLX 230 but could be used for various bikes.   This one is 9.3 inches long, from the flat top to the inside of the curved bottom.

You can use the attached fusion 360 model file and adjust it to fit your bike.

I printed this on my Bambu X1 flat on the plate at a 45-degree angle which barely fit. This takes a bit of a beating and is under constant load while in use, so I used the following filament and settings:

  • PETG
  • 6 top layers
  • 6 bottom layers
  • 6 walls
  • 50% infill cubic
